About ReviewGrowth
ReviewGrowth.ai is a done-for-you review management service built by two local-business operators from North Texas. We built the software ourselves, and we run it for you.
How we got here
Chuck and Dustin grew up in the same small Texas town, both starting their first businesses before they could legally rent a car. They spent the next decade running separate companies — lawn care, ecommerce, real estate, marketing agencies, coaching businesses, software products — and somewhere along the way they made a habit of meeting for coffee to compare notes. “When are we starting something together?” became the running joke.
Ten years later, the joke turned into ReviewGrowth. They’d both started noticing the same pattern in their friends’ businesses: local service owners losing customers they’d never even meet, just because their Google rating sat half a star below the competitor down the street. The owners were great at their craft and terrible at the operational grind of staying on top of reviews. The work wasn’t the problem; the system just didn’t exist for the kind of business that runs out of a truck or a single storefront.
So they built the system. First as a favor to a handful of friends. When those friends started getting noticeably more business — and their competitors started asking how they did it — Chuck and Dustin decided this was the project they’d been waiting a decade to do. They wrote the software, launched ReviewGrowth, and never looked back.

Dustin
Co-Founder
Dustin’s a product builder who’s spent the last decade launching software businesses and growing them through the awkward zero-to-something stage. He owns ReviewGrowth’s platform and the onboarding experience — if you talk to a real person on your setup call, it’s probably him.

Chuck
Co-Founder
Chuck’s spent ten-plus years operating local marketing for service businesses across DFW — from one-truck plumbers up to multi-location dental groups. He owns client strategy and account management at ReviewGrowth, which means he’s the person who actually runs your campaigns month over month.

How we work
Three commitments we make to every client — not aspirations, not marketing fluff.
No contracts. Cancel anytime.
Every plan starts with a free 7-day trial and stays month-to-month after that. If we’re not earning our keep, cancel anytime before your next billing cycle. No fine print, no awkward cancellation calls.
Direct owner contact.
Your onboarding call is run by one of us — Chuck or Dustin, not a junior account manager. From day one through every campaign tune, you have a direct line to a real owner.
Live within 24 hours.
We don’t drag onboarding out. Your free onboarding call gets your Google connected, templates written, and first campaign live within 24 hours of signing up. No setup fee, no up-charges.
What our clients say
Four real owners, each running a different kind of local business, on what working with us actually looks like.
“I’m a one-man mobile mechanic. I work out of my truck. “Reputation management” sounded like something for dealerships with marketing departments, not a guy with a toolbox in his trunk. I tried it because the first week was free and I figured I’d cancel. Two and a half months later I’ve added almost 70 new reviews and I’m booked out two weeks. People text me telling me they picked me because of the Google reviews. I never once had to ask anyone for a review myself.”

“I’d already wasted money on one of those “reputation” tools — sales guy was friendly, software did nothing. So when ReviewGrowth pitched me I gave them 30 days before I cut it loose. They didn’t ask me to do anything different. Four months in, my rating on new reviews is sitting at 4.91 and we’ve added almost a hundred. Customers walk on the lot mentioning Google now. That’s a first in twenty-something years.”
Burl Buster
Owner, Burl’s Used Cars · Melissa, TX
“Title companies don’t traditionally collect reviews. Closings are stressful and paperwork-heavy — asking for a Google review on the way out felt forced and a little awkward. ReviewGrowth handles the timing so I never have to. We went from zero reviews to thirty-two in five months, every single one of them five stars, and the realtors I work with notice. I’m getting referred more often because of my Google presence — something I genuinely didn’t think was possible in this industry.”
Tracy Koonce
Owner, Elevate Title · Anna, TX
“Honestly, I didn’t think I needed more reviews. I had 50 already and figured that was plenty. But the calls coming in were getting more price-shoppy. Six months later I’m at 102 reviews, still all 5-star, and the people calling are already pre-sold — they don’t haggle the same way. Whatever the team did, it changed the kind of customer that picks me. I just kept fixing pools.”

North Texas first.
We’re based in McKinney, Texas — within an hour of each of our first four named clients (Boy and a Bag in Plano, Burl’s Used Cars in Melissa, Elevate Title in Anna, LB Pool Services back in McKinney). We picked DFW first because we know the neighborhoods, we know the owners, and we know what it takes to win in a market where every block has another HVAC truck or another dental practice fighting for the same searches.
The work scales beyond DFW — the same playbook that doubled LB Pool’s reviews in five months works for a roofer in Tampa or a medspa in Phoenix. We just started with home.
