Done-for-you review management at scale
For franchises, agencies, and multi-location operators with 4+ locations. Custom contracts, full white-label option, SLA + priority support, dedicated account team. Built around your structure, not the other way around.
30-minute call. We'll learn your business and quote your specific case.
Who Enterprise is built for
If you operate at scale, the standard plans hit ceilings. Enterprise removes them.
Franchises
Whether you own 4 corporate locations or oversee 40 franchisees, we standardize the review engine across every location while preserving each one's local branding and Google profile.
Multi-Location Operators
Auto shops, dental groups, medspa networks, HVAC + plumbing companies with multiple service areas — we run separate campaigns per location and roll the results up into one executive dashboard.
Agencies
Marketing and digital agencies managing reviews for client portfolios. Full white-label option means your clients see your brand, not ours. We run it; you sell the outcome.
What Enterprise adds
Everything in our Pro plan, plus six things you only get at the Enterprise tier.
Full white-label
Your logo, your brand colors, your domain. The dashboard, monthly reports, and customer-facing review requests all carry your brand instead of Review Growth's. Clients never see us.
SLA + priority support
Defined response times for support tickets and incidents, written into your contract. You get a direct line to our team — no general support queue, no waiting.
Custom contract
Annual or multi-year contracts with terms that fit your procurement process — MSA, NDA, custom DPA, security questionnaires. We work with your legal team, not against them.
Dedicated account team
A named account manager and onboarding specialist who know your business, your locations, and your goals. Quarterly business reviews to plan the next quarter together.
Multi-location dashboard
See review velocity, ratings, response rates, and campaign performance across every location in one rolled-up view. Filter by region, brand, manager, or service category.
Custom reporting
Beyond the standard monthly Review Performance Report, we build custom rollup reports for your executive team, franchise council, or board. Delivered to inboxes or piped into your data warehouse.
Everything we run for every location
The full Review Growth service applied across your entire portfolio.
How pricing works
Enterprise pricing is custom — quoted on the discovery call. But here's the model behind it.
Volume-based, not seat-based
Enterprise pricing is calculated from total review requests per month and number of locations under management — not per-seat. Add team members at no extra cost.
Annual or multi-year contracts
Most Enterprise clients sign 12- or 24-month agreements with locked-in pricing. We discount meaningfully for multi-year commitments. Month-to-month is available in some cases.
Custom onboarding included
Onboarding is free for every plan. For complex Enterprise setups (10+ locations, multi-brand, custom integrations) we scope an extended onboarding project upfront so there are no surprises — still included at no extra cost.
Transparent overages
If you exceed your contracted request volume, we surface it in your monthly report and discuss the overage with you before charging. No automatic upcharges, no hidden fees.
How we onboard multi-location teams
A predictable, four-phase ramp from discovery call to live operations.
Discovery call (30 min)
We learn your business structure, location count, current review state, existing tools, and what success looks like for you in 12 months. You learn what we'd actually do and how pricing works for your specific case.
Scoping & proposal (~1 week)
We map every location, audit your Google Business Profiles, identify integration touchpoints (CRM, scheduling, point-of-sale), and write you a custom proposal with pricing, timeline, and SLA.
Onboarding sprint (1–4 weeks)
Once the contract is signed, we run a structured onboarding — connecting every Google Business Profile, importing customer lists, writing per-location templates, wiring up integrations, and training your team on the dashboard.
Live operations + QBRs
We run your campaigns monthly. Your account manager hosts a quarterly business review covering review velocity, rating trends, competitive position, and the next quarter's priorities.
Enterprise FAQ
The questions every enterprise procurement team asks before signing.
Yes. Enterprise includes full white-label of the customer-facing dashboard, monthly Review Performance Reports, and customer review request templates. Your clients see your brand, not Review Growth's. We handle the brand assets and configuration during onboarding.
Enterprise pricing is custom and based on total monthly review request volume, number of locations under management, white-label requirements, and the SLA tier you need. Most Enterprise clients land between roughly $1.5K–$10K/month all-in, but we'll quote your specific case on the discovery call.
Annual contracts are standard. Multi-year contracts come with meaningful discounts (typically 10–20%). Month-to-month is available in some cases for established Enterprise relationships. We work with your procurement team on MSA, NDA, custom DPA, and security questionnaires.
Yes for HIPAA-adjacent dental and medspa clients we sign a BAA covering review request and feedback data. We also support custom DPAs, SOC 2 questionnaires, and security review packages. Our infrastructure runs on AWS and Vercel with standard enterprise security controls.
Every Enterprise account gets a named account manager (your strategic point of contact), an onboarding specialist (handles the initial setup sprint), and access to our engineering team for custom integration work. Quarterly business reviews are standard, monthly check-ins are common.
In most cases, yes. We have native or near-native integration with Salesforce, HubSpot, ServiceTitan, Housecall Pro, Shopify, and Google Business Profile. For other systems we scope a custom integration during onboarding. If your CRM has a webhook or API, we can usually wire it in.
For 4–10 location operators, our standard onboarding gets you live within 1 week. For 10+ locations or franchise networks with complex brand requirements, we typically scope a 2–4 week onboarding sprint to get every location verified, templated, and tested before going live.
Yes. Enterprise contracts include a written SLA covering platform uptime (99.9% target), support ticket response times (typically 4 business hours for standard issues, 1 hour for critical), and incident communication. We define the exact terms during contract negotiation.
